I called in, made an appointment saw Dr Potthoff- we came up with a plan- very happy with everything.
All staff was very knowledgeable and helpful! Things went wat better than I thought. I do highly recommend Dr Potthoff and Mason City Clinic
I went for a second opinion. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable.
Quick to be seen. X-rays first. I never wait long. Intern wasn't introduced by the Dr. which I found weird. Otherwise everything is great.
The knowledge and experience of Dr Pothoff as a surgeon is great! All the way around the clinic deserves a grade of excellent! As for waiting time, Ortho is always a busy clinic, but they do their absolute best to get patients in and seen as quickly as possible!
I experienced prompt scheduling, X-ray, and consultation from this orothpetic department. My questions were answered.
Everyone is so nice and helpful and there us little to no wait time!!
Staff was friendly and In informational. Courteous and to the point. Very helpful with answering my questions

“I was a mechanical/structural engineer before I went to medical school, and orthopaedics was the only field in medicine where that experience would be useful. We typically diagnose a structural problem in the body, then fix it if possible. The process does not drag on for an extended period without improvement in the patient’s mobility and quality of life.
“I love seeing patients smile. It gives me a sense of accomplishment. I will do my absolute best to help every patient understand their problem and treatment options and improve their quality of life.”
