Short wait time great service
very impressed with knowledge and ability to explain issues to me. Dr Kloc was extremely kind and spent important time with me, looking forward to next appointment and completion of necessary procedures.
Very easy to schedule, with little wait time, and excellent care after getting there.
Dr. Klock and his staff was great. They treated you with respect and also talk to me so I understood the results. The out come of the shots was not the way I wanted but that is not DR. Klock fault. Great group of people.
Staff were great and I really like Dr. Kloc. He listens well, is very knowledgeable and empathetic to my situation. He has done medical treatment on me in the past and I had very positive results! Thank you to Dr. Kloc and staff!
Always caring and professional.
I had excellent experience at Mercy Hospital. Dr Kloc was very good and thorough. The nurses gave me very good care, and were kind.
Staff very nice and pleasant.
I waited a about a half hour more than what I was told I would wait. After that everything was great.
the doctor and staff were pleasant, informative, and approachable. Best doctor and staff experience I have experienced since moving to Iowa.

“I started as an anesthesiologist but quickly learned that pain medicine was a new and emerging field. We have several new, effective methods of relieving or eliminating a patient’s daily pain. I can give my patients more hope for a better quality of life.
“I love it when my patients returned after a procedure and tell me they have no more pain. I help them understand why they have pain in the first place. It should never be a mystery. Every day should not feel like drudgery.
“I hope to give each patient a much-improved, possibly pain-free life. I enjoy talking with patients and their families. Coming from a middle-class background, I find it easy to understand and empathize with the everyday concerns of others.”
In his spare time, Dr. Kloc is involved with the Knights of Columbus, running and music.
